Listing packages

Basic costs £20 per year and Premium costs £40 per year. Each subscription covers 12 months and renews automatically every 12 months until cancelled. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another annual charge. Both include the core business profile and optional contact and offer fields. Premium includes clearly labelled paid visibility.

Before accepting payment

The operator must confirm tax treatment, the cancellation process and refund terms, legal identity and contact information. Checkout is not connected yet. An enquiry does not place an order or publish a business.

Annual renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months until cancelled. Once enabled, the private billing link provides access to Stripe to update payment details, view invoices and cancel the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. A failed renewal does not extend paid access. Profiles remain subject to administrator review and accurate business details. Information and suitability

Businesses must supply accurate information and have permission to publish contact details. A listing does not verify qualifications, insurance or workmanship. No minimum enquiries, leads or rankings are promised.

Discounts for people aged 60 and over

Offers are voluntary and provided by the business. Eligibility, exclusions, expiry and redemption terms must be supplied. Customers should confirm the offer directly before booking.

Management of listings

Administrators can save drafts, edit listings, publish profiles and archive them. Archives remain recoverable in the workspace. Misleading listings should not be published.
